Job Description:
A Retail Sales Trainee participates in practical training to develop skills in retail sales, customer service, product presentation, billing, inventory management, and store operations. The trainee learns how to interact with customers, understand their requirements, explain products, process sales transactions, maintain stock records, and support day-to-day retail activities under the guidance of experienced staff.
